Indulge in deep velvet hues, gold embellishments and over-the-top accents this Fall 2017 – with Street Regal. Introducing China Glaze Street Regal Fall Nail Polish Collection, an edgy colour collection – with a royal attitude!
I am so happy to be able to swatch and review China Glaze Street Regal collection for you , since I haven’t used China Glaze in a while. I think probably since 2012 and I was curious to see what they have to offer and if there are any changes in their formulas etc… As I remember their formulas used to be on a thinner , less pigmented side, but this collection showed me that they improved their formulas significantly (that might have happened a while ago but it is new to me). All of the colors in this collection were very pigmented and at least half of them were one coat wonders, which was especially surprising for some colors that tend to be tricky for application.
My favorites from the collection are:
- Born to rule – I mean just look at this blue!! It is out of this world and this is only one coat for full even coverage.
- Dawn of a new reign – purple nail polish lover dream come true
- Street style princess – because I adore gray nail polishes
- Just a Little Embellishment – this one left me stunned. Scroll down for the swatch and you will see how reach and pigmented this color is and it is only one coat!! Finish is pretty unique, it is almost completely matte so I added top coat. In photos pulls more blue but in real to me it looks more green. Must have!
Couple of other shades that I did not mention above but they are equally pretty and great formulas – Baroque Jungle, Glamcore and Royal pain in the Ascot – perfect if you love shimmer finish.
Accent piece is not typically color I would like or wear but China Glaze did amazing job with this one. Two coats for even coverage and pretty micro shimmer. It really fits into fall weather and look how it matches my pumpkin!!
Throne in Shade I think would compliment slightly darker skin tone than mine (hello corps hands) and in real it pulls more mauve/pink but in the photos seems more yellowish. Rock N Royale is a typical rich warm toned red – again perfect choice for fall.
