Lancome Blush subtil in Blushing tresor is the newest addition to Lancome blush range that already has a lot of colors and couple of different finishes but they haven’t really added new colors lately (except limited edition blush/powders with every seasonal collection). I was so glad to see this color being released! When it was announced I loved the description although the color in the photo is not really accurate. It looks very bright coral.
I ordered it sight unseen! No swatches anywhere online, I kept trying to find at least one. When it arrived it did not disappoint at all actually I was so pleasantly surprised to see how soft and wearable Blushing tresor is. It is cross between peachy-pink- coral that really compliments light warm skin tones. It is buildable and it would show up on medium skin tones too. It gives beautiful glow thanks to the golden sheen. It has tiny golden particles in it that can be seen only in photos with flash. No glitter or large shimmer. Just nice sheen.
Texture is as soft as any other Lancome blush. They are so underrated! They are cheaper than other HE blushes, have great texture, staying power, blend easily, smell WONDERFUL, so many colors to choose from… I can go on and on. I really can’t find one thing to say against this or any other Lancome blush.
Color is probably identical to the blush color in Star bronzer palette which was part of the summer 2013 collection. Star bronzer and Blushing tresor are probably two of my favorite purchases lately. Both bought without seeing it in person or any swatches online but ended up being great.
This is pretty heavily applied with the brush included with the compact to show the color.
