Lancome Glamorous Nudes review, photos, swatches

Lancome Glamorous Nudes is Macy’s exclusive palette released for Black Friday  I expected it will sell out fast but when I got there to buy it they had plenty left. Actually it looked they barely sold any. It surprised me because palette is very wearable and the price was great – 45$ for 8 full sized eyeshadows.
All 8 shades are very pigmented, buttery soft and blend easily. Two darker shades do require smaller and denser brush but even with the big fluffier one I had no problem with application. I think all the shades compliment each other and are great for day, easy look that’s also work appropriate. Three darker shades can be added for night time or more dramatic look.

I have tried couple of Lancome single eyeshadows and they were just ok, so I was surprised how good these are. Definitely Lancome improved their formula (especially compared to 5 eyeshadow pans).
Palette is good choice for someone who likes lighter shades, with a sheen or shimmer that are fool proof. If you are more into mattes this palette is not for you.
I am glad I added this to my collection and I am sure I will get a lot of use with this palette.

Palette contains a small booklet on how to create day and night look

Optic (sheen), Off the rack (metallic), Vue (shimmer), Clock strikes 12 (matte)

Bottom row:
Filigree (shimmer), Pink zinc (metallic), Guest list (shimmer), The new black (metallic)
