I love MAC mineralize collections and they haven’t had a big one in a while. While I do not like their mineralize eye stuff and I still haven’t tried mineralize lip stuff, their mineralize blushes and skinfinishes are among my favorite MAC items.

These are my picks from the Future collection.

Otherearthly –  unique color wave of three shades in one pan. Metallic silver , metallic rose and bronze when all swirled together create the most beautiful rose gold. On lighter skin tones it can be used as a cheek color while on medium and darker it can be highlighter. I used it together with Cosmic force just lightly applied as a highlighter (I only swirled rose and silver shades together). It ended up being the most natural soft glow combo I have tried in a while.  Both bronze and rose shades are smooth and pigmented while silver one is a bit dry and has chunkier texture.

Ray beam – described as “soft pink” . It is light yellow toned pink with satin almost matte finish. Usually Mineralize blushes have shimmery finish while these two are totally different than any other blush from this line I’ve tried. They are soft, extremely pigmented, and feel almost “creamy”. They apply easily and blend like a dream. I ordered bought without any swatches online and I am so glad I did. These are both must have for lighter skin tones.

Cosmic force – described as “dirty nude”. This can be perfect shade for the easiest flush of color or contour for the light skin tones. I doubt it will show up on anyone NC25 or darker.

Comparison to some other MAC mineralize blushes. First up Ray beam vs Dainty – Dainty is much warmer and brighter pink with obviously completely different (shimmery finish). The second photo shows Cosmic force vs Warm soul. Warm soul is much warmer with golden shimmer while Cosmic force is lighter, more nude and matte.
Both are supposed to be limited edition (but we never know with MAC, do we?) and retail for 27$. If you have lighter skin tone no matter neutral , warm or cool YOU NEED THEM!
