MAC Stereo Rose Mineralize Skinfinish Review, Photos, Swatches

Stereo Rose is part of MAC Apres chich collection although it’s not new item. It is repromote from 2010. I know there was huge hype about it then and I did not get chance to buy it since it was sold out fast.
So when I found out it will be re-promoted I decided to get it this time.
Color is bright coral with pink undertones and gold veining. Pink is much more visible in real. In photos it looks like crazy bright coral. I was so scared how is it going to look on my pale skin.
Since I am NC20 and warm toned it does pull more coral/orange on me but when I swatched it with fingers I could see pink in it.
I wish mine had more gold veining.

I used MAC 187 brush to apply it and I noticed it is pretty powdery, even though I just dabbed my brush in it. With only one stroke there was barely any color visible on my cheeks. So I kept putting more and of course I overdid it. Then I gently blended it with fingers and it looked much better.
I am glad I got Stereo rose. I love all the blushes and cheek products in this color family – coral, peach, orange, golden…  They give nice warmth to my skin.
I think Stereo rose will look amazing on medium and dark skin tones. Girls with lighter skin don’t be fooled by the photos – I does look bright but it blends so nicely. I think it will be glad addition to anyone’s summer makeup.
