Miss Liberty
Soft, shimmering peach

Miss liberty is only one of the couple of items I ordered online without even seeing picture of it. Most of the time I wait at least to see some swatches and reviews. Well as soon as I read description of Miss liberty I knew I had to have it! I was not wrong because it’s simply a stunner! Beautiful light peachy color that warms up the face, gives glow without large glitter. I can wear it as a blush too because color is buildable and it shows up nicely on me. Also I sometimes wear it with bronzer or over another peachy or bronzy blush. It is one of my favorite NARS items and I am so glad it’s permanent in their line.  Powder is soft, finely milled without dryness or chunky glitter. I have no problem with application, there is no fallout and it blends nicely. Highly recommended for warmer or neutral skin tones. For the cooler toned ones I am not so sure, I would suggest trying it on before purchase.

Miss Liberty applied over MAC Studio sculpt foundation NC 20 and MAC mineralize skinfinish in light plus.

New Order
Sheer highlighter with golden shimmer

New order is highlighting blush with silver and golden glitter. I have to admit I see much more of the silver and barely any golden shimmer in it. Glitter is large and noticeable  Color itself is cool toned pink that can be actually built and used instead of a blush. In the photos below I am wearing only New order and being this pale does help this kind of product to easily show up. Medium skin tones would probably use this only as a highlighter on paired it with another pink blush.
Glitter particles do migrate all over my face during application and throughout the day. I don’t have much problem with it but if you are not glitter lover this is not for you.
Texture is chunky, powder is not finely milled. I just gently touch the product with the blush and still there is tons of powder on it so I always have to tap to get the excess off. This is the only NARS cheek product that I own that has this kind of texture. Even though it blends nicely. It’s all forgiven if you like the color and the glitter. I can see New order maybe working better over cream blushes, even multiples because the powder would stick better to the skin.

In the photos below I used New order instead of blush over MAC studio fix fluid NC15 and Guerlain meteorites perles in 02 Teint beige
