@strictlyrita You might’ve seen the seal I made for my hubby using this filmstrip stamp. It was 3 pics of us together, sized down to fit the 3 little frames (in photoshop). But getting the sizing right can sometimes be tricky. Using these stickers (Muted Seascapes) is a little bit easier, because you have a some wiggle room on placement, and when you’ve pressed it, the 3 photos flow nicely, since they’re from the same sticker. It’s not necessary to cut the strip as I did here, but I like the white to show through, as a filmstrip would. If you ARE going to cut the stickers it IS necessary to use our back in stock scissors 🙌🏼!! Just kidding, any pair of scissors will do, lol. I also have to mention the background wax: Deep Teal 🤩!! Because it’s from the green family, of course I love it!! The clear wax I’m using here is actually crystal clear glue sticks, but they have to be “crystal clear” specifically (we sell them in the shop if you have trouble finding them). They take a lot longer to melt than normal wax. You can also use a high temp glue gun with the clear wax. With the normal wax sticks, you need a low temp gun. But with the clear you want high temp. Also, the thinner the wax is pressed, the clearer it is. One more thing, make sure your stamp head is cold when using the clear wax. If you’re making lots of seals with the same stamp, use an ice pack to cool it down between presses. #waxseal #sealingwax #waxsealstamp #strictlyrita #mailart
