Under the agreement, LVMH will acquire a majority share in Maison Kurkdjian, while Kurkdjian will continue in their roles as CEO and Creative Supervisor and remain investors in the company.
Established in 2009, Maison Kurkdjian is known for creating contemporary fragrances with a focus on quality, craftsmanship, and innovation. The brand represents a new generation of unique fragrance houses with a collection designed as a “fragrance wardrobe.” With a commitment to maintaining the high standards of perfumery, Maison Kurkdjian also offers a modern interpretation of perfume creation and wearing. The brand is present in 40 countries and became a member of the Comite in 2016.
