@loveyourabode Ok here’s my walking pad review! I’ll link the exact one in my stories. Pros: -Convenience: So far, I’ve been using it everyday and sometimes more than once a day! My favorite time to walk is immediately after lunch to help me digest. -MultiTask: I can work on my phone or watch a show -Compact: It can go under the bed and it’s easy to move around -Sound: Compared to a traditional treadmill, it’s quieter -Cost: I paid $178 and it’s currently $188 it’s much cheaper than a treadmill User Friendly: it comes with a remote and it’s super easy to use Cons: -Size: bc it’s compact, I find it a bit narrow and wish it were wider and longer. This prob doesn’t make a difference if you’re smaller/shorter -Cord length: it’s really short so most likely you’ll need an extension cord -No arm support: if you struggle with balance, a walking pad isn’t for you. Get a treadmill with arm rails -Speed: it only goes up to 3.8 so you can’t run. But honestly, if it went any faster, it wouldn’t be safe to use Lmk if you have any questions!
