It will burn because of the sugar in the sauce. 4•Place meat on the middle rack in the oven. 5•Bake for 20 minutes then flip to the other side. Continue to bake for another 20 minutes. Cooking time may be vary depending on how thick the meat is. 6• Remove from the oven and flip the meat over. 7•Brush jar char siu sauce on the meat. Put back in the oven.
