@sooziethefoodie For me I really like Korn! My last frozen corn video randomly got taken down off of FB so I had to make an even better one to make up for it. This time I used a vanilla bean no bake cheesecake as the base. It held up way better in the mold than the custards have in the past. I kept the flavors of the cheesecake simple with just vanilla bean paste, brown sugar, crème fraiche, heavy cream, cream cheese, and a pinch of salt! I did hand mix it then strain after mixing to make sure any clumps were out and that the mixture was extra fluffy! Now for the fun part- I used activated charcoal to make a marble/ granite effect. Not all activated charcoals are the same I prefer the one made out of coconut shells because it is food safe and has a nice texture. I only half way mixed the activated charcoal into the cheesecake mix then sprinkled a little bit of the activated charcoal in the mold before adding the mix! I froze the cheesecake for 24 hours to make sure it fully set. For the toppings I added roselles to butter then mixed graham crackers and activated charcoal into it to get a little bit of the tart flavor from the hibiscus. Then I did a simple cherry purée. I really wanted the graham cracked pie crust to look like lava rocks to contrast with the red purée I used to write Korn on top! This is definitely my favorite corn mold creation I’ve made and I can finally retire the mold for awhile 😍👻 #korn #cheesecake
