Today I read another article about various types of plastic and how bad it is for the environment and our own health. Aside from paper towels being single use and adding to our garbage pile, I hate the plastic they come wrapped in. I do not regret kicking paper towels out of my house and will never look back! While my personal preference is to use these paper towel replacements, you can, and should, use whatever works for you and your household. Hand towels? Wash cloths? Rags? All of these will help reduce waste by replacing single use items. Make them yourself or buy them.
